How It Works
The TLM collective is able to earn up 25% of the TLM shareholding. Each member of the collective is a business partner. Their partnership criteria is based on the support they provide, opportunities they help to create, and the ideas they contribute towards making real. In addition, each member gains majority positions in the ventures where they focus their efforts. For example, if Jane helps to build a new technology system for TLM Venture ABC, then she may be able to earn up to 5% ownership in that particular venture.
